Since the debt availed from the bank turned NPA, company had no other option to sell the only property they had to come out of the issue and decided to quit the business as they tried and failed in working capital requirements

We sourced a Bio-tech company which was into cosmetic products and looking for inorganic growth. We closed the deal successfully with an enterprise valuation of Rs.15Crs
